Sevadham Hospital is located in Talegaon Dabhade, was established in 1969 by Dr. S.V. Gore & Dr. K.B. Wadhokar. Sevadham began its journey as a 20 bedded hospital in Talegaon, today it is a 50 bedded Multispecialty hospital, with a built-up area of more than 13500 sq. ft
Sevadham Hospital is one of the projects of Sevadham Trust registered under Public Charitable Trust. Sevadham Trust is recognized by the Govt. of India as mother agency for HIV & AIDS prevention programmes .The trust works in rural, tribal & hilly areas through number of static, mobile clinics & outreach activities to give doorstep service. The Trust also provides consulting & hospital facilities in remote areas.

In 1969 Dr K B Wadhokar and Dr Gore started 10 bedded hospital Sevadham hospital in Talegaon.
Many times Dr Wadhokar has to visit hilly tribal area of interior of Maval by bicycle. He was appalled the grave situation of poor health, poverty, illiteracy of this region. With the like minded colleague
Dr. S V Gore ,both pledged to improve the situation. On 15th Aug 1978 established Sevadham Trust and Sevadham Hospital started working as referral centre for remote rural patients run by Sevadham trust..
